Corse consists of four unique voices from Montreal, Canada, that coalesce into a multi-faceted sound unit. Spanning a broad spectrum from sparse accents to infinitely dense textures, Corse traverses a sonic landscape that is intimate yet hauntingly foreign. Rapid mood shifts, constantly morphing drones and subtle melodies make Corse’s music a dynamic voyage of both body and mind. Corse’s live performances are both cerebral and physical, often evoking a sense of disorientation and bewilderment. Equal parts musique actuelle, electroacoustic, noise and free-jazz, Corse is like a meeting between Supersilent, Death Ambient and Naked City.
